Training

'Education or learning?
EĞİTİMLERİMİZ
While we often refer to our services as “education,” our true purpose goes beyond providing information. Our goal is to support participants on their “learning” journey; to encourage curiosity, inspire, and provide opportunities for personal growth.
We strive to help individuals unlock their potential and discover answers to important questions that arise throughout the learning process. Therefore, active participation in our learning experiences is essential. Many of our courses include practical workshops to deepen understanding and engagement.
Our training programs are primarily designed to provide a thorough understanding of the knowledge required for our consulting services. However, our training services can also be used independently of the consulting service.

Our training is designed with flexibility to address the unique needs of each organization and facilitate immediate, practical improvements in daily operations.
While covering the core topics, our programs prioritize interactive components such as group discussions, case studies, feedback sessions, peer reviews, action planning, goal-setting exercises, collaborative projects, games, and simulations.
Our learning activities include a wide range of structured courses. However, our courses are not open to the public. They are offered as customised programmes tailored to the specific needs of organisations.
We also provide a training needs assessment service.
We perform analyses at corporate, team, and individual levels.

For the best learning experience, we recommend a group of approximately 10 - 12 participants. However, we can easily accommodate fewer or more participants depending on the internal dynamics and needs of the organization.
We can divide all our courses into different times to suit the company's working schedule and workload, provided that they are not shorter than half a day.
