What Are Citizenship Roles?

Citizens can be considered to have seven roles in relation to public administration. These roles are:

Citizens using alternative public services and products are considered as customers. For example; Citizens using public transport have the option to take a taxi or go with their own car. In this case, the citizen is the customer.

 

The task of Kamu admin: Here the public administration works as a service provider. As with service providers in the private sector, it should offer the fastest, cheapest, best and highest quality service.
