Lean contruction management consulting services are formed according to the basic philosophy of lean production. All our consulting services have teaching and guiding character. Consultancy has been provided both project based and overall transformation of company.

This is due to basic philosophy of lean production.
Transformation to lean production is realised by the team that actually is involed in the production comprising personel at all levels. Nobody in the team can play only a supporting role in this transformation. Everybody is in the execution.
No work can be carried out by a consultant. Consultant plays teaching and guiding role in the transition to lean production.
